The Foundation of the College International Marie de France is a nonprofit organization incorporated under the Companies Act, Part III.

The Foundation is registered with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and the Ministry of Revenue Quebec (MRQ) as a charity.

The Foundation is managed by its Board of Directors and its fiscal year ends June 30
